Hi @lisa84 welcome to the community. 🙂 When did you receive confirmation of your claim?

More information is needed in order to advise you.
LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
What date did you report the health condition?
What date was your first Fit Note?
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc?
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA, have Transitional Protection on your claim or receive Carers Element in your name?
Finally what is your UC assessment period or payment date?

1st fit note 11th November, Assessment was 30th January, 10th February received lcwra letter so doubt get backdated but when will I get payment

I'd need to know your UC payment date or your Assessment Period dates in order to advise correctly.

1st uc payment was 12th, think it's 22nd feb to 21st March ass dates but don't understand it if my payment dates are 28th and 14th

It sounds like you get paid your UC twice a month, so the payment dates would vary.
If your AP is 22nd-21st:
October/November: Partial AP not counted for waiting period.
November/December: AP 1
December/January: AP 2
January/February: AP 3
February/March: Eligible for LCWRA element.
So you should see the LCWRA element on your March statement, with payment in April.
No backpay due. The above timeline does assume Fit Notes were handed in without gaps, none that were backdated etc.
