Hi everyone, just like to ask, my wife has just been awarded enhanced pips and I was wondering if as her husband could I claim for free car. tax as car is registered in my name

If the car is in your name, then you would be classed as the nominated driver.
This means legally you can't use the car for your own personal use.
The car could only be used for your wife's personal needs.
