ESA letters are very difficult to understand, even for experienced advisors.
This is their way of saying your New Style ESA rate will be £140.55 per week from April.
November refers to the payment of a £10 Christmas bonus in December.
You will get £140.55 a week right through to April next year, when the rate will go up again.

Im in the support group an have been for some time an I was worried is it anything to be worried about

No it's nothing to worry about.
Once a year the benefit rates go up, and you are sent a letter confirming the amount that you will get.
I had the exact same one a few weeks ago as my claim is also made up of UC & NS ESA.
