PIP whilst temporarily studying abroad

I applied for PIP in September 2024 and have just submitted an application for a tribunal hearing. I'm in my second year of university and will be studying in Germany for my third year. If I'm successful in the tribunal hearing, will PIP be available during my year abroad? If not, would I need to restart the entire PIP application process after the end of my year abroad?
