Transitional protection reduced when lcwra added and carers removed

Previously posted about how my transitional protection was reduced by the full amount of lcwra when lcwra was added and carers ellement was removed. I was devastated about this as I am now £198 worse of each month and I had been advised that this would not happen and my payment would remain the same.
Finally got my mr decision back last week = no change so I submitted an appeal with the tribunal, I have just recieved notification that the dwp have responded.(not recieved it yet) The appeal is still open so they have not changed their minds but I am really shocked by how quickly they have responded to the tribunal it has been exactly 7 days (especially as I had to chase the mr several times)
I have asked the tribunal to apply the SSWP v mj ruling, I just want this over with and my tp back
