Migrating from ESA to UC recevied

I received a bunch of letters from HMRC while I am migrating says p45 on it and lists my esa coming to and end. One says copy for your new employer, one says keep this copy other one says for completion by new employer. (i'm not in employment or starting ?)

Doesn't explain what its is or why I have received it

Any ideas what this is about ?

So I sent it because my claim to ESA ended ?

And I don't need to do anything with it ?
