I’ve got to claim for universal credit instead of receiving ESA. I also get PIP. Do they take that into consideration?

The only thing PIP could potentially do is impact Housing Element (in a good way).
Otherwise it has no effect on a UC award.
Your ESA group will transfer over with you, so if in Support Group you will automatically get the UC equivalent (LCWRA). It can take a few weeks for ESA to confirm your status.
