Signvideo tried call Capita

This morning I had an appointment as on time I video called SignVideo (BSL interpreter), but they could only reach Capita as Captia left answer machine several of times. Been wait for near 30mins. Looks like I lost my PIP. Will i? But SignVideo have my proof PIP ref number.
Waste of my time. 😮💨
