Lcwra assesment

I’m looking at the assesment questions;
I don’t leave the house unless absolutely necessary. Would this qualify as social engagement is always precluded due to distress from the claimant. I am diagnosed PTSD bipolar disorder mixed anxiety and depression disorder.
Regarding voiding of the bladder;
I’m undergoing tests (awaiting a date for urodynamics test) I wet myself frequently. Do I tick at least once a month or week? Some days I’m ok and it doesn’t happen other days it can happen 3 times a day. I don’t leave the house as well as having mental health issues but also because of me wetting myself. Which box do I tick?

With these assessments, if you can't do an activity reliably, repeatedly, safely and in a reasonable time frame for more than 50% of the time, you are treated as unable to do the activity at all.
So for the first question I personally would say you qualify for social engagement is always precluded due to distress from the claimant.
With the bladder question if it ever happens more than once a month I (again personally) would tick weekly.
