Talk to motability to discuss options . I had new car after 14 months hybrid battery gone .been told could be 5 months get new battery . Gave me hire car but not same as I had . I rang motability up 2 days ago I paid £250 cancel lease agreement had and I ordered another car . If you put any advance payment down on car already have they work out what give you back . I ordered another car which should take 3 weeks get here. I keep the hire car till then or one originally leased if repaired . Once new car ready your 3 yrs start again . If they owe you any money gets paid into your account couple days after new car received. You still have put advance payment down if necessary . You won't get any money back if owed to get new car . If you got £750 towards car you won't get it back as you cancelled lease . I am speaking from own personal experience and motability were very helpful and explained and helped me with everything
