Hi,
My son is in need of a accessible wet room. His OT and consultant are helping with a application for a disabled facilities grant. Apparently the council will put a land charge on for 10 years but I'm worried if this will effect me getting a new deal with my mortgage provider? Thank you

Hi @Brightside19 I've not been through this myself, but it sounds quite complex. Hopefully someone on here can give you some advise from their own experience. It might be worth seeking some advise from a mortgage advisor about this too, just to be safe.
Best wishes,
