PIP disallowance for mental health (eating disorder, ADHD and depression)

I have just received a PIP decision letter stating I am not entitled to it after 4 weeks ago I had a very lengthy telephone assessment with the person who said she was a nurse. I have diagnoses of anorexia with binge-purge subtype, depression, anxiety, ADHD, dyscalculia and dyspraxia. The decision letter is complete **** and either they've completely disregarded what the assessor has said or the assessor has lied or omitted information I told her. This is the second time this has happened - I am still waiting for a tribunal for my PIP being stopped at a review telephone call in May 2023. I am in loads of debt, not sleeping properly and completely at my wit's end. CAB are helping me with the debts and the previous PIP appeal but I've been told there are a shortage of court dates available for the tribunals in my area. I just wish I knew how much longer it would take. I get a tiny amount of UC as I'm a part-time student and also part-time self-employed but I've been signed off sick since the beginning of December 2024. I've had to start working again anyway as I don't have enough money to live on otherwise. I get a student loan but it basically pays my tutition fees so there's very little left over. I am so exhausted and mentally drained by this and just don't know what else I can do. I'm running out of hope and strength. I just feel like every time I try and get my life on track I keep getting knocked back down again. I feel like there is no light at the tunnel of this sorry tunnel. Thank you for reading and if anyone else has any advice or suggestions thanks in advance. I am just trying to hold it together right now but I'm so angry and upset, I feel like the DWP just want to social cleanse disabled people and wipe them out. I am fed up with it all. I know there's people worse off but I just need a reason to keep going. What if I put in a mandatory review request of this latest PIP claim and they still turn it down? Do I need to then put in another tribunal request? How can I have 2 different PIP claims waiting for a court hearing? Has anyone else been through something similar?

Hi @VelouriaRose so sorry to read about your situation. Seeing more and more people going through this type of situation recently - you're not alone. I can completely empathise with how you are feeling. It must be really exhausting to have to go through the initial process, let alone mandatory reconsiderations, and potential tribunals.
Do you have a support network around you and hobby or something to take your mind off this as it's not a swift process.
Please keep strong!
