The PIP descriptors are here
If you feel you might be successful with an application, I would highly recommend getting outside help filling in the forms.

100% if you’re still unsure about qualifying after reading the requirements citizens advice normally have someone who specialises in PIP.

Welcome to the community 😊 Applying for PIP can be quite a personal choice as it will depend on how your conditions affect you day to day. Kimmy's link is a great place to start.
If you do decide to go ahead, it can be really helpful to get some advice filling in the forms as others have mentioned. If you familiarise yourself with the descriptors, that can make it easier to answer some of the questions too. I'm sure members would be happy to help if you have questions, lots of us have been through the process so you wouldn't be alone.
