ESA payment?

Can anyone help at all? Put a claim in to ESa as my SSP has ended claim started 5th march. I’ve seen a pending transaction from them for this? I thought I had to do 7 waiting days? I’m on hold to them now but been on the phone for ages! What do I do? Never claimed before. It’s not my pip as I’ve called and checked.
