Esa to uc, submitting claim.

When I login during the process of migrating from esa to uc, there is a to do list of forms I have to fill out. When I have completed it that particular to do item is no longer there.

Once I complete all the to do items is my claim automatically submitted, or will there be a be a button to click.

I am asking because I want to complete my to do items but submit later.

And while I'm here,

What point do I submit my id. Is it after submitting the claim I will be given that option?

Is it just one photo id and other id or two photo id?

If I use a passport is it a photo of the photo page or they just ask for passport number? What about a provisional licence?

Once you finish the list, you will be asked if everything you've entered is correct.

If not, you can go back and edit.

If it is all fine, you then press a button to submit the application.

Thank you Kimmy. Do you know the answers to my other questions?

@hughie1 I've just completed the migration on Sunday (9th March).

Once you've reviewed your answers and submitted them, then you're asked to verify your ID.

They give you a list of items that you can use. You then select 2 of them. I chose my driving license and passport.

You have to submit your passport number and expiry date and they should be able to find you in the system. The same applied to my driving license.

Once submitted it will tell you that your ID verification was successful or not. It'll then appear in your journal as completed.

So far, mine still says completed. I know of someone else's in here that originally said completed and now has to go through additional checks.

    So far, mine hasn't changed.

    Hope that helps!

So do I have to submit my id before I can officially submit the claim, or do I first submit the id then I can submit the id at a later date?

I have submitted the claim. Now it says I have a month to submit id. Is my claim now in progress, or it does it not begin until submit the id? I. E. Is my first assessment period from now or after they get the id.
