Hi, my name is Dunc_1! Won PIP tribunal. When will I get the money?
Hi all , I have recently had a pip tribunal which ruled in my favour and awarded me enhanced living allowance as well as as my enhanced mobility which I already had!
This was on 25/2/2025, I have had a letter from the court office telling me of the decision and the points awarded etc!
How long will it take to get the money/ back payment and will they come at different times?
Many thanks

Heya @Dunc_1 and welcome to the community. 😁
That's amazing news about your tribunal win, congratulations, I'm super happy for you!
With regard to payments, they tend to be paid separately. Usually the actual PIP gets paid first after a couple of weeks, then the owed money goes in afterwards, it can vary, but the money is usually with you in 4-8 weeks.
Just make sure you buy yourself a little treat when you get the backpay, I know how hard the process is, so you've certainly earned a lil something nice. 😁
