yesterday I received call of 0800 man told me he was DWP pip which I submitted my 1st claim online 2weeks ago he asked me to confirm my name address my old address which was 20years ago my bank I entered onto form and asked had I filled questionnaire in which I didn’t understand what he ment before I could ask he told me I would receive another call in few weeks time and ended call, I had a text from assessment advisory informing me the have my evidence and will be in touch which was a week ago am very confused can anyone help

I had a similar call a few weeks ago and the same text. Got my letter today saying I don't qualify for PIP ☹️
