Bank statements

My bank statements are generated on a particular date each month . I need to print statements upto a different date for DWP - does anyone know if it’s possible? Also , my savers account only print every year and I need a few months worth of these , has anyone requested this ?

    If you use app or online banking you might be able to generate a custom statement.

    If you are due a statement that would bring you up to date with what they need, ask if you can have an extension on the date they want them by.

    For a savings account I explained the statement frequency to them, supplied my latest statement and screenshots of more recent transactions. This was acceptable to them.

    I tried the custom date but don’t have the option , I’ll call my bank and see if the can do it at branch . Thanks Kimmy
