Are these the PIP Descriptors Changes?

I have been trying to find a serious source of news on PIP changes, especially the much rumoured Descriptors changes, and I think I did with TheTimes
Until we hear it, we cant be sure, but it seems the change to the PIP descriptors are for dressing, eating, washing.
