Grant for a laptop

I have a brain injury, but I'm finding starting to try to put my life back together again. I'm using my phone to look for jobs, make applications and even sort out my transfer to Universal Credit. I do struggle with this, however, and my support worker suggested I think about getting a laptop.
Unfortunately, my support worker no longer works for the organisation so she can't help. Do you know of any charities or organisations I could apply for a grant towards my laptop?
(I have a brain injury from encephalitis, plus depression, anxiety and hearing issues)
Thank you
