Pip decision by letter

Hi there
Currently waiting for my letter to be delivered regarding my decision they can’t tell me over the phone until after 2 weeks has passed to receive my letter until then payment won’t be in place ? I’m so confused Iv never heard of this until now usually people expect to see payments in their bank before they even get the letter ? Has anyone else been through this process regardless of decision being made ? Or people usually receive a text to say they have been awarded. But how do they know when I’ll receive the letter for them to put it on the system!
Thanks in advance

Hi,
I had a textmessage, saying i have been awarded and letter with explanation sent. Also, in the text was saying to allow 2 weeks the letter to reach me.
I hope, you won't wait for long.
Take care!

ahhh ok thanks for that information I do know most people who have been successful get their text message first. Maybe it’s not good news then.
