Deadlines for appeal

Hi I’m kind of panicking here . 28 days to appeal a mandatory reconsideration is up today and I’m still waiting for benefits advisor to get back to me . I’ve rang today and left a message regarding this . I really do get how busy they must be . Am I screwed now ?

No, You are not screwed. You have 13 months to appeal, with a reason that the representative did not get back to you on time. Good luck with your appeal.

aww thank you so much! Honestly I’ve been passed myself this evening thinking do I just log it myself but I’m too scared to just help myself lol . Bit daunting knowing it’s courts and I’ve never had anything to do with a Court before! I’m
