I’m really worried for when I get the migration letter and I just know it will confuse me at the moment. I’m in the group ESA and full and house benefit and council tax paid for. I’m just worried about filling out all the forms. Many thanks if you can help as my anxieties going through the roof at the moment.

Citizens Advice offer a Help to Claim service.
They can support you before, during and after a UC claim.
You don't have to fill in the form all in one go.
You have 28 days to submit after starting. At various points you will be able to save your progress, allowing you to leave it until you are ready to do a bit more.

I don't see any reason why your care would change due to UC migration, but you would need to ask your local council as that's not a question we can answer from here.
