Shops closing

It's really bad and upsetting that a lot of shops have closed especially charity shops like Scope's in Batley (West Yorkshire).
I used to volunteer at the Help The Aged (now Age UK) shop in Heckmondwike and sadly that's closed now.

The trouble is foot fall, council business rates, parking and the leasers.
Luckliy where I live they built a retail park within the town area, as they, have free parking. It's keeping alot of the small businesses and charities going. Instead of destroying the town.
