Budgeting loan

hi there, I have £150 outstanding on a UC budgeting loan. If I was to pay this off in full how long would it take for me to be eligible to take out another loan?
For instance could I ring the debt management line, pay the £150. Put the phone down and then apply for another loan straight away?
