Got pip back but confused

Hi my partner got her pip back yesterday after a telephone tribunal hearing . we were told at the end that she had been awarded pip back. but I have just had an email saying we will get a decision by post dont understand this, we were clearly told that she had had it awarded . thanks

    Hi,

    Legally they have to provide paperwork after a tribunal. I think this was just a misunderstanding and means they will be confirming the award in the letter.
