Forgot to mention something during my PIP assessment. Can I just add it online?

I’ve a concern I did not mention something important at my phone assessment yesterday as I was embarrassed but afterwards I realised I should have so I wrote a note and uploaded on my online pip. Is that ok?

thank you! I uploaded a hand written note today and uploaded it on my online pip. Do you think they will consider that or should I call them to clarify as well.
