If you want a new car, you have two choices. You can pay the list price like a sucker, or you can tell the Government about your mental health and have the state pay the vast bulk of the costs.

    Very disgusting….had I known about it all these years I would have asked where's my BMW so I can sell it and give the money to charities like Scope!!!!!!

    Yes this was brought up on talk tv with Jeremy Kyle about people with mental health getting one. Also how pip is done online without checks,
