Interview as don't have id

It says we will call you in 2 to 3 days as no id to confirm myself does that mean they will do telephone interview or ask to go job centre to confirm identity and how many days after the call do u normally get appointment

I have had that same message on my account since I applied 3 years ago. Never got an unscheduled call.

I read a suggestion it's a hangover from the pandemic when the staff all worked from home.
