Attendance allowance

I hope I'm doing this right as it's my first post. I have an attendance allowance tribunal coming up and I'm wondering if anyone has ever had to go there. I'm getting help from the consultant around my physical illnesses, but I need help to write my submission around mental health, stress depression etc Can anyone help? thanks Carmel

Thanks they won't help me as I'm getting help from another organisation on the legal part but it's my submission on the mental health I need help with
