Uc question health secton

on the screenshot the health section says you might need to have an assessment,,but I'm in esa support group currently so not sure why the message shows like that

All new claims to UC use the same form. The form doesn't know you are migrating.
Even migrating from ESA you need to list your health conditions.
You'll be entitled to LCWRA from the start of your claim without a new assessment.
Citizens Advice have a Help to Claim service, they can talk through any sections of the form you aren't sure of.
