Universal Credit Migration
Hi I have recently watched the budget but rather confused because I am disabled ,I am on ESA income related at present and given notice to migrate to Universal Credit by june 2025 on the recent budget when make my application for Unversal Credit Migration before deadline date june 2025 will i get the full LWCA rate as they explained in the budget its getting reduced to 50% any ideas on this please help ? also when i migrate over to Universal Credit from ESA will i have to provide a FIT note as i am already in the support group of ESA and get sever disability premuim and ADB any ideas ?thankyou for help and i am very worried about this please help thankyou ?i do know i am transitional proteted if i make the claim with the deadline date your help is greatly appreciated

No you won't have to provide a Fit Note when you apply for UC.
Yes you will receive the full LCWRA element amount.
