Timescales are anything up to 12 weeks for a decision. Some people hear within days, others wait weeks or months.
LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
What date did you report the health condition?
What date was your first Fit Note?
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc?
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA, or have Transitional Protection on your claim?
Finally what is your UC assessment period or payment date?

In order to advise correctly, I need exact dates for when you reported the health condition & gave them first Fit Note.

was reported 24/09/24 and fit note was fit note was 23/09/24

If the decision is LCWRA, my estimate of your waiting period would be:
September/October: Partial Assessment Period, not included for waiting period
October/November: AP 1
November/December: AP 2
December/January: AP 3
January/February: Eligible for LCWRA element
20th February: First LCWRA element paid.
Up until today 2 months LCWRA element would be owed.
Once you receive the decision, UC need time to process before LCWRA is added to your monthly payment, and backpay calculated.
Money owed is calculated separately and this usually takes several weeks at least. You'll know this has been done when a letter is added to your Journal confirming the amount they owe you.
You'll then receive the money into your bank account several working days later.
