Light touch reviews and pensioners

Any has any idea what will happen to pensioners who were given light touch reviews every 10 years? I know someone who is on enhanced care component having scored 4 points in three categories when the decision was given 8 years ago. He is concerned. Thanks for your help.

As he is a pensioner and has already scored 4 points in 3 categories, I would imagine his PIP wouldn't be effected by the changes.
