ESA -maternity allowance- UC

hi I try explain as much as I can
I was on ESA around February 2023-January 2024
But at this time I received backdate maternity allowance so I had to pay back all esa money since June 2023 to January 2024
And since June 2023 I am on UC
I look after my baby and I’m not able to back work because I spoke with my doctor and he gave sick leave I reported on UC I am unable to work yet but I don’t have any options to ad a sick note I would like to try to get lcw or lcwra depending what next doctor say.

Have you reported a health condition via your UC account? That should trigger a Fit Note request, and the WCA process to start after 28 days.

Yes, I reported and end of report showed mi that also my coach answer for my question:
Good morning Klaudia,Please access your Universal Credit account, click on Home, click on Report a Change & click on Health to report your Fit Note. For you to be referred for WCA, you have to keep reporting Fit Notes until the system triggers a referral for WCA. The outcome of the WCA Assessment is what will determine whether you receive LCW or LCWRA.All information regarding benefits can be found on https://www.gov.uk. (opens in new tab)Please use your journal to indicate what support you require or any queries you may have. Thanks

Perhaps add a note onto your Journal, asking about submitting a Fit Note to start the WCA process, following your reporting of health condition.

Hello @klodzia0. When you were claiming ESA, did you have an assessment and were you put into a group on ESA at all?

Yes. I spoke with my couch from UC and the case forwarded to manager because she even doesn’t know why.
