hello im with british gas and i got a letter last year saying i was entitled to the home warm discount but ive not got it yet what do i need to do please

    There's some information about the warm home discount scheme here:

    Warm Home Discount Scheme: Overview - GOV.UK

    It says that many people will receive it automatically. If you haven't received it and believe you should have, it may be worth getting in touch with British Gas to see what has happened.
