hi can some body help made a new claim for uc managed migration from income support, my husband gets pip and i get carers should my husband get Lcwra element on are claim been told he needs to see a health coach and do not need to look for work as hes 65 going on 66 in july grateful any information

No unfortunately the only automatic entitlement to LCWRA is migrating from ESA.
He needs to report a health condition, submit a Fit Note and go through the Work Capability Assessment process.
I'd strongly suggest getting help from local welfare rights to fill in the UC50 form.
