Hi, if someone can help me with this please, today DWP called me twice but my phone was switched off, I have requested an appeal for my pip through tribunal and today dwp called me, has anyone gone through this, I wonder why will pip call you if the appeal has already been logged to tribunal.

    Sometimes they want to clarify a few details, to see if they want to make a pre hearing offer.

    Or have decided to make an offer before the appeal hearing.

    Thanks Kimi87 for your message, If that's the case then it shouldn't be a problem, I thought they probably ask questions relating to my health like they do with an assessment.
