Can someone please clarify LCWRA and working?

Hi there,
This is really confusing, but if you're in a job that's adapted to your needs and that's helping you to manage the reason why you're awarded LCWRA, can you keep it? E.g. the reason you've got LCWRA isn't happening the majority of the time now, because you're in a specialised job, but if you didn't have that specialised job, it would get worse for the majority of the time again. Can you keep it?
Thanks.

I was working part time for 4yrs while on LCWRA and it was fine. They just lowered payments because of my earnings but I kept it. I now don't work and still on LCWRA. Have had no problems, never had a reassessment or anything.

I'm due for review next year apparently, may take up another job, but not sure on the rules.
