Hi, my name is Robin0480! would I be entitled to any benefits?

Hi I'm just looking for a little help, I've been working since I was 14, I'm 44 years old for the last 15-20 years been suffering from arthritis symptoms though arthritis does not show up in my blood, for 27 years since I was pregnant with my daughter I've suffered from mild incontinence, I have sleep apnea and had childhood asthma, which I still get the occasional flare now where my chest tightens and I start to hyperventilate especially if I have a cold or get upset, even though recent test shows I do not have asthma.
I also have carpal tunnel syndrome diagnosed last year in one hand now I'm getting similar symptoms in my other hand, I work part time 16hrs a week but recently had a bad flare am off work at the moment so far for 3 weeks awaiting cortisone injections and the strongest pain meds a doctor can percribe is only lasting for 2 hrs during the day before getting break through intermittent pain untill 15-30 minutes after taking the next pain killers, I'm on uc and getting the carers element of uc but to be honest at moment am struggling to meet my own needs,
I only rececived 1 day of pay within the last 2 weeks which is less than ssp because I worked 1 day prior to handing sick note in, my employer is looking into why I wasn't paid for that second week but 5 days later I haven't had an update on weather I was eligible to receive ssp for that 2nd week, I have a work capability questionnaire that I had to have a support worker to fill in as even signing my name brought me to tears with how much pain I was in, I am going to be paid uc within the next week. But at least £100 will be taken out of that for advance payments and tax credits overpayment recovery. What are my options on getting help example extra benefit to help hire a cleaner as I'm struggling with using my hands at the moment and having to order takeouts as I'm in to much pain to make home cooked meals at the moment the most I can make at the moment with with only a little pain is a sandwich or toast.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
I have never claimed lcw, lcwra or pip in the past, would I be entitled to any of these in your opinion?
Are there any organisations that maybe able to help while I get these carpal tunnel symtoms under control, also to help look after my 77 year old mother while I'm physically unable to.
advice on not receiving ssp? My employer hasn't given me an ssp1 form. They are still chasing with payroll why I wasn't paid for week starting 17th of March I can understand previous week as I did work 1 day.
I have had a fit note off gp for limited capacity for work prior to claiming uc for 3 months that run out before claiming uc, I discussed issues with a manager and was allowed to use a perching stool as my work involves standing for long periods and I already use support gloves and braces for carpal tunnel. These was working before symptoms started to worsen.

This link will help you find a local welfare rights organisation, who can advise on benefit claims and employment issues:
For help with your mother you'd be best requesting a care needs assessment:

Well looks like you can only mention your diagnosed with with pip so only the carpal tunnel, my GP can't even find my sleep apnea diagnoses from over 10 years ago and the issues with potential arthritis don't count so it's not looking to be hopful of getting this plus my childhood asthma that rears it's ugly head on occasion like when I'm really upset have a cold or get pains in my chest don't count either may as well wait until everything gets a diagnosis but then will be even harder to get pip, rhemology appointment isn't until June then they're gonna have to run tests, the other issues have only just had a referral. So haven't got a clue I'm gonna fill the form out with the only topic of discussion being carpal tunnel that only the private hand consultant thinks I have 3 NHS doctors and nurses ate not 100% that carpal tunnel syndrome is the issue 🙁
