Pip and DSA

I was born with Cerebral Palsy affecting gait and speech. My condition is life long. I did my undergraduate degree which for I received transport (taxi) from DSA, however I have PIP and got a motability car but I don't drive it due to my disability- my parents drive me to places. DSA back then approved my taxi journeys. I wil have to reapply for DSA and they will do a Needs Assessment. I want to know whether I'm still eligible for DSA taxi with having Pip car?
