LCWRA backpay

I was finally awarded LCWRA since waiting since September of 2023 . My form was misplaced so I had to fill another. I was told it would be backdated from September 2023. All sick notes were sent in. I have put messages in my journal but heard nothing. Can anyone tell me how long does it take to sort backpay please

Several weeks, at the very least.

You'll know when this has been done as a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed. Payment will arrive into your bank account a few working days later.

Benefit backpay is excluded from the calculation of your capital/savings for one year.
