transitional protection

Hi on 2022 I was told my transitional protection was ending as my universal credit went up. I didn't think much of it but today, I got a message on my uc account saying they owe me money From transitional protection from 2022 to 2024, im happy of course but confused as I thought it stopped, but it seems to be stopped altogether now the last payment of transitional protection was on the 29/3/2024, could anyone tell me why im getting this money if they said it has stopped in 2022 and why it stopped in 2024
