Tribunal won!
My husband had his tribunal hearing this week and happy to say he won! We have a question though, how do people know when they are getting the payment? I take it you receive a letter stating how much and what date? For those who have won the tribunal how long did you have to wait for back pay and first payment please? For those about to go through what we have been through, good luck! Fight for what you deserve x

That's brilliant @bearyboo, glad he got a good result at tribunal. If you call the PIP enquiries line, they can often tell you when the next payment is due. I hope some of our members might be able to share how long theirs took to come through as I don't have any recent experience of this, but I wanted to pop in and welcome you to the community anyway!
Fingers crossed you're not waiting too long 😊
