in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA

Sorry guys.As you know I won my pip at tribunal.As of now as looking at report I'm going to get standard rates on both elements,but won enhanced at tribunal.Pip has said they are not taking into consideration the win from tribunal.

    That tribunal was 4 years ago.

    If you've had a review i guess you'll have to appeal with an MR and tribunal again. The win 4 years ago was for the assessment at that time.

    Unfortunately a win at tribunal doesn't mean anything when the next review comes around @Popdiva43 though you can mention it on the review forms in the hopes they take notice of the previous award. So as Tifo has rightly said, it'll be back to asking for a MR.
