For those that went back to work on LCWRA, does the DWP ask for evidence on reassessment?

I was looking back over my posts and I don't think I asked this question, but for those that did go back to work when on LCWRA, did the DWP, or the assessor, ask for evidence that your work is adapted to your disability/reasons why you've got it?

What kind of evidence, if so, did you provide?
