Pip award letter

Hi, I was awarded pip in January, I was told an award letter would follow in about 2 weeks, I still haven't received any letter, only a entitlement one, I phoned them up last week asking for the award letter to be sent out, they told me they don't send copies, I said it's not a copy as I haven't received the original, she said I need to wait, I need this letter for Birmingham City Council, any ideas please.

    The entitlement letter only says about mobility, I want the letter with a break down of what points I scored and where, thanks for replying

    Be really specific about what you need with a date range if possible.

    The letters of pip going up are they still going out as not received mine yet, my daughter has. Our post is bad , having so much delivered at once. Then none for ages
