Bank Checks
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help me make sense of this article. Not sure how reliable it is. They speak about, UC, Pension credit & ESA. I assume they are actually referring to Income Based ESA as CB isn't means tested so it is almost impossible to break the rules. I am on CB ESA and from what i understand they won't really be checking CB claims. Am i also correct in thinking that to check things like Income support claims they would need another act of parliament? Thanks
