Bank Checks

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help me make sense of this article. Not sure how reliable it is. They speak about, UC, Pension credit & ESA. I assume they are actually referring to Income Based ESA as CB isn't means tested so it is almost impossible to break the rules. I am on CB ESA and from what i understand they won't really be checking CB claims. Am i also correct in thinking that to check things like Income support claims they would need another act of parliament? Thanks

Hi, wonder if someone can help. How will the banks know who is on CB only ESA? I am so i'm guessing they don't need to check as its on means tested? Thanks
