10 Years awarded and sent letter for phone call review next week

I was given the 10 year award 4 years ago, after reaching pension age but have had a letter from PIP to say I have a review next week which will only be 4 years I have low disability allowance and high mobility allowance is this right. On the letter it says I will have a phone call and can last up to an hour that is no soft touch
