Had assessment but not showing on PIP system

Hello, I recently had my PIP health assessment 2 weeks ago and have been waiting for a decision. I called up PIP and they have told me that they can see I have an open claim but that this is not fully appearing on the system and they cannot access my assessment details? They have told me to dial option 9 instead for enquiries and they have told me the same thing.
Not sure what I should do?

It's possible that your assessment hasn't been sent to the DWP yet, due to still being with the assessment provider.
They do audit reports as an internal procedure, unfortunately there are no timescales as to when that will be finished and be sent on to DWP.
You can if you want to ring the assessment provider
